Christy Woodward, President & Founder of Astute Regulatory Solutions, has 25+ years of experience in civil and environmental engineering, regulatory compliance, and project management.
As Director of the Colorado Air Quality Enterprise Board, she has been instrumental in shaping air and water quality regulations, advising industries, and guiding key policy developments.
Most recently, Ms. Woodward has provided support to the oil and gas industry through her work with the Colorado Oil and Gas Association and the Colorado Chamber of Commerce and has engaged in many stakeholder meetings, rulemakings and guidance/policy development in air quality and other matters, including the GHG intensity verification protocol, ground breaking regulations on air monitoring, public health assessments and emission control regulation.
